What to Expect

Your initial consultation lasts 60 minutes and includes:
  • A detailed history of your symptoms and medical background
  • A thorough physical examination (with your consent)
  • Assessment of posture, movement, and pelvic floor function
  • Discussion of your goals and treatment options
  • If time allows, hands on therapy and tailored home exercises

We respect your privacy and comfort. Internal examinations are always optional and only carried out with your written consent. Chaperones can be arranged if desired.

For pelvic floor issues, an internal exam may be offered, but it is always optional. External assessments are available, and your consent is required before any examination.

Babies are welcome, though for longer or more detailed assessments it may be easier to attend alone.

Loose, comfortable clothing such as leggings or shorts and a vest top is ideal for movement assessment.

We aim to give you the skills and knowledge to manage your body independently, not rely on ongoing appointments. We’ll discuss realistic timelines with you and review your progress as you go.
